It is our honor and pleasure to invite you to our 18th Annual Tampa Bay Caribbean Carnival in St. Petersburg, FL.  on June 12 - 13, 2010. This is a fun-fill family oriented and community event, featuring live Caribbean, Latin Artists and DJs with island music such as Calypso, Soca, Reggae, Salsa, Merengue, Mambo and Bomba, Steel Pan Bands, a costume parade, and much more.

We are very excited to return to the Vinoy Park in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. We offer you an exclusive opportunity to market your business, fine cuisine and goods. You will agree that our vendor price rates are budget affordable:

• Corporate - $1,500.00,
• Food        - $1,200.00,
• Crafts      -    $900.00

This includes one 10x10 covered tent, city water and basic electricity for both days.

We are offering an "EARLY BIRD" special price of $200.00 discount if paid by May 15th, 2010.

The Tampa Bay Caribbean Carnival is a menu exclusive event. Vendors may sell all types of food, home-made tropical juices, Solo, Fanta or Island Sodas. Vendors are prohibited to sell Beer, Wines or other alcoholic beverages, local sodas such as Pepsi and Coca-Cola and their products, and water.

Enclosed is a concessionaire agreement and contract for your review. Return this agreement with 50% of the required rental fee as a deposit as soon as possible to guarantee your tent space.
